Plan B Pricing Policy

PERMANENT RECRUITMENT

Contingent / Non- Exclusive Assignments
Our professional service fees vary according to the seniority of the role and work required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to obtain a specific fee rate.

Search / Exclusive Assignments
A fixed fee will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis and agreed with you prior to initiating the search.

Part Time Vacancies
The recruitment process for part-time positions is identical to that of a full-time position. Therefore the fee payable will be calculated according to the gross annual package based on full-time employment.

Fixed Term Contract
The permanent fee scale is used and pro rated for the period of the contract based on full time equivalent of forty (40) hours per week. Fixed term contracts of less than six months duration will attract a placement fee based on a minimum term of six months. Please note there are no guarantee periods for Fixed Term Contracts.

Guarantee - Permanent
Should a candidate cease employment within 12 weeks of commencement date, Plan B will undertake to supply a replacement. This guarantee does not apply if the candidate is no longer employed for reasons beyond Plan B's control (for example redundancy, company closure, and restructuring, change of management or significant change in job description). Guarantees do not apply to replacement candidates and are dependent on invoices being paid by due date.

INTERIM / CONTRACTOR SOLUTIONS

Our interim service fees vary from case to case, dependant on the level of consultant required, location, length of contract etc. The following rates are indicative only - please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

SENIOR CONSULTANTS (3 years + experience) MANAGERS (5 years + experience) SENIOR MANAGERS (More than 8 years experience)

$50 - $80.00 per hour (ex GST) $70 - $100.00 per hour (ex GST) $90 - $200.00 per hour (ex GST)

Terms of Business

1. Only real and actual advertising costs are passed onto the client, reflecting our discounted rate. Candidates sourced from your advertising are exclusively available to you until the vacancy is filled. You are also given the opportunity to pre-approve the content and cost of the advertising.
   
   
2. Fees quoted exclude GST.
   
   
3. Salary package consists of: base salary, company car (valued at $10,000) or vehicle allowance (if applicable) and where commission payments apply, Plan B will charge a percentage based on 50% of the annual potential commission earnings. Medical benefits, superannuation or other reimbursements are not included.
   
   
4. Where a vacancy is withdrawn after initiation of recruitment activity, Plan B reserves the right to levy a service fee to cover costs incurred on your behalf. This will be negotiated with you and is dependent on the amount of activity undertaken.
   
   
5. Invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise negotiated with Plan B and guarantees are dependent on receipt of payment by due date.
   
   
6. Plan B reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of up to 1.5% per calendar month on all balances.
